- 8 August 2008 TranSiC offers various
altenatives for discrete packaging of BitSiC-based components, TO-220,
TO-247, TO-258 (metal) and also offers additional SiC Schottkydiodes in the
same package.
- 1 July 2008 TranSiC hires Bo Andersson as
