Jan Tufvesson Chairman of the Board

Master of  Electrical Engineering from KTH (The Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm). He started his career at the Royal Swedish Air Force and then moved on to Ericsson. Jan has always worked with research and development of advanced electronics and been responsible for partnerships with important suppliers. After leaving Ericsson 1998 he has worked as a consultant in company management. He has been chairman of two international companies, which during his leadership became public.

Mikael Östling

Co-founder and professor in Solid-State Electronics. Mikael has been with the faculty of EE of KTH, Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden since 1984 where he holds a position as professor in solid state electronics.Mikaels research interests are silicon/silicon germanium devices and process technology for very high frequency, as well as device technology for wide bandgap semiconductors with special emphasis on silicon carbide and nitride based structures. He has supervised 20 PhD theses work, and been the author of 8 book chapters and about 300 scientific papers published in international journals and conferences. He is an editor of the IEEE Electron Device Letters. Mikael Östling is a fellow of the IEEE.

Göran Linder 

Master of Science  1987 (electronics). MD of the venture capital company Midroc New Technology AB. Board member of numerous ground-breaking portfolio companies. Göran has more then 20 years of diversified sales, business development and management experience, with extensive knowledge of technology-related fields.  A versatile, dedicated leader and innovator, with a record of success building highly motivated and productive teams. Proven ability to grow start-ups and to leverage business synergies through merges, also in order to go public.

Tobias Elmquist

Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers Universty of Technology in Gothenburg. Tobias is Investment Manager at Volvo Technology Transfer (VTT), AB Volvo's Corporate Venture Capital arm. Tobias has a background from the private equity and venture capital business and worked as a management consultant before joining VTT.
