BiTSiC-1206 is our Bipolar Junction Transistor for power applications.
BitSiC-1206 is a 1200 Volts 6 Amperes chip.
BitSiC-0620 is a 600 Volts 20 Amperes chip.
TranSiC can also offer various configurations on DCB with not only BiTSiCs but also Schotty diodes in Silicon Carbide.
TranSiC offers various alternatives for discrete packaging of BitSiC-based components e.g. TO-220, TO-247, TO-258 (metal) and also offers additional SiC Schottkydiodes in the same package.
BitSiC1206 has been tested and proven to work fine over - 80 Celsius to + 500 Celsius
TranSiC's new engineering sample Multi Chip Power Module, six-pack is populated with
6 pcs BitSiC0620 and 6 pcs anti parallell SiC Schottky diodes.
